One of the worst customer service

One of the worst customer service. Customer needs to pay for the return shipping even though product doesn’t meet the requirements. Burden on customer. Should be stopped.

Missing Pieces Translates To Missing Customer Service

I recently purchased an accent table via Walmart from this organization. Nice looking piece but one leveler/adjuster was missing from one leg.

Long story short - they have deflected and delayed and 4 weeks later I still don't have this resolved. Sent them a photo of the missing pieces, referred to the assembly instructions on what was missing. Sent a photo of a properly constructed leg.

They kept asking questions to "define the problem". Then I was told the replacement parts was on the way and should have them in 1-3 days. That was 10 days ago.

This is a poorly run customer service organization. And I can tell you this won't be resolved - now the communication has stopped completely. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

SHAME on me Buyer Beware

SHAME on me! I should read the reviews before placing my order for 2 power recliners from HomeSquare. After placing my order on July 1st my confirmation email from HomeSquare indicated I would receive my order between July 18-21 which would be in time for arriving guest. Well long story short my order is delayed another month. Try and call HomeSquare customer service you can't they only accept emails. They charge a restocking fee if you cancel your order even before it leaves them. Be careful and think twice before you order products with HomeSquare. PS. I found the same items from a vendor today online $200 cheaper and could still deliver well before HomeSquare could process my order. 62% BAD reviews for HomeSquare...now I know why.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This is the worst company to do business with. I bought a desk back in December and one of the pieces was delivered damaged. I reached out to them immediately. They had me explain the situation, send pics like 10 times because there was no response and so they would say that they didn't receive them. Then when they finally received them, they promise you they are going to take care of it and you don't hear from them again. 6+ months later and I still haven't received my replacement part or refund and they literally don't respond at all anymore. I even went as far as to tell them that I was going leave bad reviews because as a business owner I understand that your reputation is all you have and I couldnt understand why that didnt make them at least respond. Then I actually saw how bad their reviews are and it instantly made sense. TERRIBLE REVIEWS FOR A TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Don't Order - you will regret it - Ordered a $400+ double bookcase from…

Ordered a $400+ double bookcase from HomeSquare.
It arrived damaged - middle support molding "ripped off" exposing nails.
My husband and I have made MULTIPLE calls and sent e-mails to inquire how to get a replacement part or new bookcase.
While some people have expressed being please with their experience...we definitely are NOT pleased.
HomeSquare is the company and they use Cymax Store and Plycraft Industries to produce and ship products they sell. We have had NO success in contacting of these companies.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I returned purchased items via FedEx who confirmed items had been received by Home Square. I never received my refund totaling $248.00. Called their contact number, 888-556-5663, on multiple occasions and was transferred to "customer service". NOONE EVER ANSWERED. When pushed option to "place a new order", of course someone answered. He said he would transfer me to "customer service." When I complained that no-one ever answered, he disconnected our call and BLOCKED MY NUMBER. Never do business with this company.

Great Experience - Love My Chairs!

I ordered 2 navy Brianna arm chairs with metal casters. After ordering, I read reviews (backwards I know) and thought about canceling because of some bad ones but didn’t and I’m so glad! I placed my order over the phone, spoke with 2 different ppl, couldn’t have been nicer. I got the best price by far on these chairs with free delivery and everything went exactly as they told me. I’m a grandma and it took less than 1 hour to unpack chairs and put the legs on (not small chairs). Not sure why the bad reviews but my experience couldn’t have been better and I love my chairs! Thank you!

Glad we ordered

We ordered a dining table and stools from Home Square and after we ordered I read the reviews. At the time I could have kicked myself for ordering before I read the reviews and was real close to refusing the delivery. Now I am so glad i accepted the order, our table and chairs arrived in perfect condition and look great.

Worst Shipping / Customer Support of any company I have ever seen????

Have tried several times in getting ahold of anyone what so ever on the phone for help. Other than sales it dose not exist, emails support is absolutely terrible and useless as well.

DO NOT SPEND 1 PENNY WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE, I BEG Of YOU!

Great product; shipped promptly and intact

How often does a great shopping experience result in a good review? Hardly ever. If it's a bad shopping experience?... count on a 1:1 correlation. I purchased a large TV stand through HomeSquare and had no issues. I did my homework and checked not only their reviews (not stellar) but I also the manufacturer"s (looked pretty reasonable). So I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Met all my expectations on price, delivery, construction quality.
